Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager

This high-income position (up to $350k per year) is for well-qualified applicants who have a deep well of automotive experience.

New Car Sales Associate

Responsibilities 

  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in making a new car purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Car Sales experience required
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
  • Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment 
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license


Used Car Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills

Internet/Phone Sales Associate

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate guests’ buying journeys with courteous, friendly, and professional assistance
  • Communicate via phone, text, and email to answer customer questions
  • Coordinate with sales team and other dealership personnel to schedule appointments and test drives

Requirements 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and leveraging these skills to improve customer relationships is something that genuinely makes you happy
  • Collaboration across teams and is personable, helpful, and well-organized
  • Enjoy learning and improving your skills
  • Your co-workers have good things to say about you and your work focus
  • You are able to complete a pre-employment screening including a drug screen and background check
